As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of photovoltaic products, Seraphim focuses on solar technology innovation. In 2013, we built in-house research facilities that specialize in R&D and product testing for further development, new materials testing, client customization , and periodic sample testing, etc..
Located in the scenic Chinese city of Changzhou, Seraphim’s laboratory covers an area of 722 square meters. Equipped with German-made electrical performance testers, walk-in climate simulation chambers, and over 20 other instruments for PV testing and staffed with more than 80 engineers, 20 testing specialists, the laboratory now has complete PV R&D and testing capabilities.
Our laboratory has now been accredited by CNAS and meets the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation requirements. It`s also obtained TUV SUD TMP Lab, CSA WMTC qualification and CTC authorized lab qualification, which allows Seraphim to shorten the certification period and accelerate the speed of new product release.

Increase test reliability
Seraphim use A+A+A+ rated H.A.L.M solar simulators which have a high-precision manual testing system for IV measurement of solar modules. They are carefully designed to meet Seraphim’s R&D and quality control use.
VOTSCH customized climate simulation chambers are also embedded in Seraphim’s automatic production lines. These high precise facilities are designed and made in Germany using environmentally friendly materials, which could provide detailed testing data such as Thermal Cycling test, Humidity Freeze test, Damp Heat test, and etc. to facilitate further product upgrades and reliability improvements.
The light source equipment from Atlas, which is the selected manufacturers of IEC calibration. The device is equipped with a special 2000W metal halide lamp, which provides highly intensive UV-B and UV-A sections of the UV band spectrum.
