In 2022, Seraphim provided material assistance to Feng Hang Children's Learning Ability Training and Rehabilitation Center in Tianning District, Changzhou City, which is committed to improving the rehabilitation center's teaching facilities. By helping the development of rehabilitation institutions for special groups, Seraphim is actively promoting the social acceptance of autistic groups, supporting the healthy growth of autistic children, and contributing to the realization of global sustainable development

On 2 April 2021, the World Autism Day, Seraphim joined the international “Light It Up Blue” campaign in Changzhou. Seraphim donated ¥100,000 for autistic children's rehabilitation and was awarded “Caring Enterprise” by Changzhou government. We hope more people could join us to help increase social awareness, understanding, and inclusion of people who are on the autism spectrum.

HEARING THE FUTURE, SHIFTING THE FUTURE

Seraphim and iHEARu Charity Fund reached a long-term partnership which primarily targets the “Cognitive Center” project for those hearing-impaired children. This is a program aims at improving the effectiveness of rehabilitation training center so as to get those children prepared for ordinary public education.

SHINING IN THE SUN

In October 2013, Seraphim donated distributed solar systems to the primary school of Heni Town in Litang County in Sichuan province and the primary school of Pajiang Town in Zhongba County of Tibet. These 2 systems could guarantee the basic electricity supply of the campus, for lightening and electricity-driven water purification facilities. In addition, we invited them to visit our factory, and we believed they would unleash their potential and contribute to global progress in the future. This is one way Seraphim takes to shape the future. Each of the two 4.4kW systems composes of 18 pieces of 230W standard Seraphim Poly modules.

FUKUSHIMA DAIICHI NUCLEAR DISASTER RELIEF


The disaster at the nuclear power plant in Fukushima was initiated primarily by the tsunami following the Tōhoku earthquake on 11 March 2011. Immediately after we received this information, we raised donations within the company to support the Fukushima residents with the help of our local partner. With years passed by, our support for Fukushima local economy has not diminished. We successively shipped our advanced PV products there and cooperated with our local partners to upgrade their clean energy management. In 2017, we set up a local factory in Fukushima.

PARTICIPATION IN EARTH HOUR

Every year we held a big party to celebrate the Earth Hour in our Changzhou plant since 2012. Our staff gather for drinks, snacks and games under the beautiful sky which we are responsible in taking care of. The Earth Hour event is an annual celebration of our year-round commitment to providing renewable energy to the world. It’s a break for our heavy work, it is also an opportunity to express our thanks to the world.

STREET LIGHT PROGRAM IN CHANGZHOU

Changzhou City is well-known for its courage in performing drastic reforms, and introducing emerging new technologies into real life. Back in 2014, the local government intended to install solar lightening systems in its newly-built industrial park. Instead of providing solar lightening parts and leaving the trivial application details behind, Seraphim voluntarily helped the local road administration bureau to set up an autarkical circle to maximize the resources at hand. We designed a co-working system to facilitate remote control and energy saving, and presented the bright future of clean energy.
