Seraphim and Indelek Forge 10MW Solar Partnership to Power Border Region

Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, April 3, 2025 – Seraphim, a global leader in solar module manufacturing, and Indelek, a key distributor in Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, Texas, have signed a landmark cooperation agreement to supply 10MW of cutting-edge photovoltaic (PV) modules. This strategic alliance aims to bolster the solar energy market in the border region by combining Seraphim's expertise in PV technology with Indelek's robust distribution network in the electrical sector.

The agreement entails Indelek's acquisition of Seraphim's TOPCon modules, boasting power outputs exceeding 585W. This technology, renowned for its high efficiency and cost-competitive performance, represents a state-of-the-art PV solution for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. Since the beginning of the year, Indelek has received 610W rectangular cell modules, the best-LCOE modules in the Mexican market.
