JINGLE POWERTY ALLEVIATION PROJECT

The 35MW Jingle poverty alleviation project was constructed on the hills of Jingle County, Shanxi Province. Since commissioning in June 2017, it reduces carbon emissions by 54467 tons annually, the equivalent of 29845 trees planted.
The project was deployed by Beijing Instrument Industry Group Co, Ltd. Seraphim supplied its 265W poly modules. This 35 MW project, covering 1600 mu (106 acre), will bring total 4.2 million Yuan income for the next 20 years, and clean power for even longer. It will also bring over 3000 Yuan to each of the 1400 registered poverty-stricken households annually. With sufficient and stable power supply, local residents can start up their own business, based on which the government would set up small and micro enterprise industrial zones, introducing more employment opportunities for local farmers.
