Responsibility
1.Handled with abnormal complaints from customers.
2.Follow up effecs of process quality improvement .
3.Assist process engineer to establish relevant inspection standard.
4.Drive and improve in internal quality.
5.Analyze the reason of rejected parts from customers.
6.Communicate the standards of both parties with the customer.

Job specification
1.Bachelor degree (science and engineering), skilled in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
2.Customer technical service experience (CSE/CQE or working with customers) or supplier management experience (SQE/RD)
3.Experience in pv industry is preferred
