Seraphim Joined “Light It Up Blue 2021” Campaign in Changzhou and Awarded the Honorary Title of “Caring Enterprise for People with Autism”

In December 2007, the United Nations General Assembly resolution designated April 2 every year as World Autism Awareness Day from 2008, in a bid to raise awareness about autism, relevant research and diagnosis, and people with autistic spectrum disorders. On World Autism Awareness Day every year, the international “Light It Up Blue” campaign is held worldwide to raise the scientific awareness of and care for people with autism.

On April 2, 2021, the 14th annual World Autism Awareness Day, the “Light It Up Blue 2021” campaign, which was hosted by Changzhou Disabled Persons’ Federation, Changzhou Municipal Education Bureau and Changzhou Broadcast & TV Station and organized by Changzhou No.2 Experimental Primary School and FM103.4 Changzhou News Broadcast, was successfully held at Hanxue Campus of Changzhou No.2 Experimental Primary School. Seraphim, which donated ¥100,000 for autistic children’s rehabilitation, attended upon invitation the activity and was awarded the honorary title of “Caring Enterprise for People with Autism”.

Guided by the goal of “Change the Future”, Seraphim is dedicated to making a concrete contribution in the field of social charity and public welfare. This commitment has remained unchanged for the past 10 years. Seraphim donated ¥100,000 to promote the development of the Fenghang Learning Ability Training and Rehabilitation Center for Children in Tianning District, Changzhou, in addition the production and publicity of the promotional video of “Light It Up Blue” campaign. Through the donation, Seraphim hopes to increase the social awareness of autism, help more people to understand the current status of people with autism, and ensure the equal participation of autistic children in social activities.

Blue, standing for inclusion, tranquility, development and fusion, is the theme color of caring for people with autism. Li Gang, General Manager of Seraphim, leaders of the organizers, representatives of caring enterprises, heads of rehabilitation centers for people with autism and caring people from all walks of life jointly witnessed the lighting of Blue Lantern, a landmark building in Changzhou, in the hope of lighting up the sky with love.

Despite the successful conclusion of the charity gala for “Light It Up Blue 2021” campaign in Changzhou, there will be no end to the sharing of love. Seraphim looks forward to joining other caring enterprises to demonstrate warmth, love and strength towards autistic children and their families. Seraphim will actively pursue its social responsibility and mission, give testimony to the meaning of responsibility with concrete actions, and continue the initiative of building a community of a shared future for all mankind.
